INFORMATIVE ACCORDING TO OF LAW 196/2003 The Customer, according to of art. 13 D. Lgs. 196/2003 (of continuation T.U.), and in relation to the data personal of which the Moais srl it will enter in possession, come informed than it follows: 1. Given purposes of the treatment. Art. the 7 T.U confer to interested the exercise of specific rights, between which that one to less obtain from the holder the confirmation of the existence or than own personal data and their putting on hand in intelligible form; the interested one has straight of having acquaintance of the origin of the data, the purposes and the modalities of the treatment, of the logic applied to the treatment, of the ends of identification of the holder and the subjects which the data can be communicated; the interested one has moreover straight to obtain the modernization, the rectification and integration of the data, cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the data dealt in violation of the law; the holder has the opporsi right, for reasons legitimizes, to the treatment of the data. 9.
